The vintage
2024 has been full of weather challenges. Spring brought disease pressure, summer droughts reduced yields, and heavy rains in September added to the difficulties. Even so, the great quality of the wines reflects the skill, dedication, and great adaptability of our Artisans winegrowers and winemakers.
Winemaking
2024 was a standout vintage for Grenache.The berries were loosely packed, exceptionally ripe, and in excellent sanitary condition. Manual harvest took place late, at full phenolic maturity. A 21-day maceration was conducted with the objective of maximizing the extraction of concentrated red fruit and spice compounds, while maintaining precision and balance. No ageing.
No ageing was applied, in order to preserve the wine’s primary aromatic profile and emphasize freshness and varietal purity.
